At One More Cookie, every order is freshly baked and carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver only to Mumbai, Thane, and select Navi Mumbai PIN codes.
Orders placed with delivery addresses outside our serviceable areas will not be accepted. Delivery availability is subject to our serviceability at the time of ordering.
2. Order Processing
All orders are freshly prepared after confirmation.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 hours of successful payment confirmation (excluding exceptional circumstances).
During periods of high demand, festive seasons, or unforeseen operational delays, processing may take longer. If this happens, we will keep you informed.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
We reserve the right to revise delivery charges from time to time.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically delivered on the next day after they are processed.
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including adverse weather, traffic conditions, public holidays, or courier-related issues.
5. Delivery Attempts
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient’s unavailability or incorrect delivery details, our delivery partner may attempt re-delivery where feasible. Any additional delivery charges arising from a failed delivery attempt may be borne by the customer.
6. Delivery Issues & Responsibility
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the package appears damaged, spoiled, or tampered with, please take clear photographs and notify us immediately upon delivery.
Once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided during checkout, One More Cookie shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or deterioration occurring thereafter.

As our cookies are freshly baked and perishable, every order is packed with care using packaging designed to help maintain product quality during transit.
While we take all reasonable precautions to preserve freshness, external factors such as weather conditions, traffic delays, or handling by delivery partners may occasionally affect the condition of the product. We make every reasonable effort to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition but cannot guarantee against circumstances beyond our control.
